Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. PIOLINA offers free returns in the US within 15 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags (if applicable) attached for a full refund. Please reach out to our team at cheers@shoppiolina.com. 

How do I return an item?

If an item is unused, unworn, unwashed, we'll take it back within 15 days of the item being delivered to your door for a refund through our returns portal. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to process.

How do I request an exchange?

In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible (and by quickly, we mean within a few days of you returning your package!), we are no longer offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item. That way you can #makemotherhoodmodern in the right product as soon as possible!

How long before I see my refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to arrive and your refund to process.
Due to carrier delays, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for refund processing.
